Morgan Stanley will pay EagleBank a referral fee in connection with advisory accounts opened at Morgan Stanley after a referral from EagleBank. The amount of the fee will generally be equal to 20% of the portion of the investment advisory fee that Morgan Stanley credits to the advisory representative on the account. EagleBank will not receive any compensation in connection with the sale of securities.
EagleBank and its officers and employees will not provide any investment advice on behalf of Morgan Stanley. EagleBank and its officers and employees will not accept any applications for investment advisory 服务 and will not provide any recommendations with respect to securities or other investment products.
Through its referral of investment advisory 服务 to Morgan Stanley, EagleBank is not offering or accepting any deposit or other obligation of 或担保 EagleBank or any of its affiliates or insured by the FDIC or other agency.
